Laguna Bel-Air is a township development of Empire East in Santa Rosa City and Biñan, Laguna where the house and lot subdivision is integrated with a science school, a parish church, retail establishments, world-class amenities, and exclusive transportation services.

Since its turnover in 1996, Laguna Bel-Air’s amenities including the science school and the parish church have been functional and are already enjoyed by the homeowners of the township community.

This year, Empire East takes part in this symbolic event to officially turn over the parish church to the Diocese of San Pablo who frontlines the governance with regards to the churches in Laguna.

In the first quarter of 2019, Empire East launched another township development located in the boundaries of Pasig and Cainta. Empire East Highland City, a luxurious uphill community in the East and is also envisioned as the very first elevated city in the country, boasts of four grand phases -- the Highland Park, Highland Mall, Chartered Club, and the Highland Residences. Tower 1 of its first residential block, the four-tower Arcadia, is set to be completed by the year 2025.

This township community will also be accented with a 500-seater church and other amenities to let the homeowners find the balance between the urban and highland lifestyle.
