Grab this chance to learn how to make the perfect omelet or fluffy pancakes. Think ahead so you can consider a month's worth of breakfast ideas!

Exercise

Stay healthy and fight the boredom by keeping up with a regular exercise regimen. You'll look and feel better when you add movement into your day!

Start on a chore

Whether it's the laundry, the dishes, or watering your plants, you can tick-off this crucial part of your bucket list early on!

Prepare for Lunch!

All magical things happen in the kitchen. Aside from the fact that marinating meat could take an hour or more, cooking definitely turns that lull hour into an even exciting and productive one!

LUNCHTIME!

Gather the family on the table to share that perfectly cooked lunch you just made! Use this time too to schedule your afternoon engagement plans with them.

Take a Nap or Exercise!

Shut off, shutdown, snooze! Taking an afternoon nap will help regain your energy and soothe your mind and body! But if you do not feel like napping, you may still take care of your body by doing strength exercises right within your home.

Snacktime and Netflix

Watch parties are a thing now so you can enjoy a good movie with your friends!

Make dinnertime interesting

Aside from preparing easy meals like salads and sandwiches, make your dinnertime more interesting by asking every family member on their activity contributions for the next day! Use this time to draft a new itinerary and commit to sticking to it.

Commit to finishing a chapter of a book (or two)

Reading can help you relax. Train yourself into the habit of finishing a chapter if you can!
