Top real estate developer Empire East has recently celebrated its 26th year in the industry by conducting its first-ever virtual annual stockholders’ meeting where the company highlighted their achievements and efforts towards resiliency and sustainability through the years.

Just in time for this historic event, Empire East launched its latest promo to date, the How-26et-a-Home (How to get a home) Promo, to help homebuyers purchase their own Empire East home with flexible payment terms at a more affordable price.

Buyers get to enjoy up to PHP 2M-worth* of discounts for each of Empire East’s top pre-selling developments-- The Paddington Place in Mandaluyong, Mango Tree Residences in San Juan, and Empire East Highland City in Pasig-Cainta. Under this promo, homebuyers can enjoy the option to settle their first payment at a later date. This includes the down payment or monthly amortization dues when they decided to purchase a condo unit at any of the said developments.

This promo was initially set to run for only 15 days but Empire East has then announced another 15-day extension for those who were not able to reserve a unit during the promo period.

For 26 years, Empire East has taken pride in developing sustainable and resilient communities that support the needs of its homeowners. Aside from an emerging township development in the east, the company has introduced innovative concepts such as Transit-Oriented Developments, which offer a convenient and accessible lifestyle to homeowners by connecting them to the vital hubs and touchpoints in the city.

During the first quarter of 2019, Empire East unveiled its biggest project yet-- the 24-hectare township development rising along the periphery of Pasig-Cainta.

“The boldest step of our company to take on the sustainable path is the unveiling of its grandest township yet—the 37-tower Empire East Highland City along Felix Avenue at the convergence of Pasig City and Cainta, Rizal,” shared Empire East President and CEO Atty. Anthony Charlemagne C. Yu. “Complete with a spacious green park, a shopping mall, a parish church, a five-star recreation club, wide roads and walkways, and more greeneries and open spaces, the future residents of Empire East Highland City will experience a redefined and upgraded urban lifestyle centered on long-term sustainability and a community that can withstand crises and calamities.”

This year, despite the lockdown measures imposed by the government to curb the coronavirus pandemic, Empire East has generated P2.4 billion in reservation sales.

“This health crisis has crippled numerous businesses in different industries, but we are grateful and proud to let you know that your company is on business as usual,” explains Atty. Yu.
