Staying true to their goals, Empire East’s dedicated sales officers once again showcased their sharpshooting skills—not only in selling but also in aiming for success. On January 26, Empire East treated its sales officers to another fun-filled yet interactive training session as part of the SOLD (Sales Officers Learning & Development) Program.
The activity took place at Attack Arena in Shaw Boulevard, just a few steps from the Empire East Corporate Office. Sales officers were surprised and excited to discover that the day’s challenge involved bows and arrows, symbolizing focus and precision in reaching goals. Before starting, they were welcomed with opening remarks and a short discussion. When asked, "What drives you to trust our company?" one sales officer replied, "Hindi ako pinabayaan ng company in my 10 years [of] being with [Empire East]," reflecting the company’s genuine care for its people. Another shared that even during the early days of training, the company’s support motivated them to achieve their goals.
The officers were then asked to write down their personal ‘targets,’ with many expressing a desire to travel abroad with their families—demonstrating how Empire East not only values achievement but also family, both in its people and communities.
To make the activity even more exciting, the sales officers geared up with bows and arrows, ready to test their aim. Everyone joined in, laughing, cheering, and enjoying the friendly challenge. But beyond the fun, the activity carried a deeper meaning: the bow symbolizes Empire East, while the arrows represent the sales officers. Like arrows guided by a steady hand, their teamwork reflects how focus and collaboration lead to shared success.
By combining fun, learning, and meaningful reflection, this SOLD activity reminded the sales officers that success is not just about hitting targets—it’s about teamwork, focus, and the shared values that make Empire East a company where people can thrive. With every arrow that hit the mark, it was clear that when dedication meets support, no goal is out of reach.
