Empire East continues to strengthen its partnership with Pag-IBIG Fund, which began in 2019, to make condominium homeownership more accessible to Filipino families and aspiring homeowners.

What started with the accreditation of The Cambridge Village has since expanded to include Little Baguio Terraces and, most recently, Kasara Urban Resort Residences. The growing portfolio of Pag-IBIG-accredited developments reflects Empire East's continuing efforts to provide more flexible and accessible home financing options.

Through Pag-IBIG Fund's housing loan programs, qualified homebuyers have an additional financing option to acquire residential units in these Empire East communities, complementing the company's existing homeownership offerings.

Expanding Opportunities Across Communities

The Cambridge Village, a 37-tower mid-rise residential community in the Pasig-Cainta area, marked the beginning of Empire East's partnership with Pag-IBIG Fund in 2019. Its accreditation was subsequently followed by Little Baguio Terraces, a four-tower transit-oriented development in San Juan City, located between the LRT-2 Gilmore and J. Ruiz stations.

The recent inclusion of Kasara Urban Resort Residences in Pasig City further expands the choices available to Pag-IBIG members, offering the opportunity to own a home in a resort-inspired community within Metro Manila.

With more ready-for-occupancy developments being considered for future accreditation, Empire East looks forward to extending Pag-IBIG financing opportunities to an even wider range of homebuyers.

Supporting the Drive for Accessible Homeownership

Empire East has also actively supported the National Housing Expo organized by the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) and Pag-IBIG Fund.

Following its participation in the 2025 expo, the company returns for the 2026 edition on October 19 and 20 at the SMX Convention Center Manila, showcasing its three Pag-IBIG-accredited residential developments.

The event provides an opportunity for prospective homeowners to explore residential options, learn more about available financing programs, and take meaningful steps toward acquiring their own homes.

For Empire East, its continuing partnership with Pag-IBIG Fund reflects a shared commitment to helping more Filipinos realize the dream of homeownership.

As the company expands its portfolio of accredited communities, it remains committed to developing accessible, thoughtfully planned residential environments that provide lasting value to homeowners and their families—true to its promise of Moving Lives Forward.
